At MintMark, a brand by Anjali International, every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll be happy to assist you with an exchange or return wherever applicable.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Product significantly different from your order

Products must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging & accessories
  • Reported within 7 days of delivery

Exchange Eligibility

  • Wrong product received
  • Transit damaged item

Once approved and subject to stock availability, we'll dispatch a replacement.
