Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

• Cancellation requests must be made before shipment.
• Once approved, the order will be cancelled.
• Payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Contact customer support as soon as possible to avoid dispatch.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for eligibility.

Cancellation by Mintmark

Mintmark reserves the right to cancel an order in situations including:

• Product unavailable or out of stock.
• Incorrect pricing due to technical issues.
• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
• Payment verification issues.
• Suspected fraudulent orders.
• Operational or logistical challenges.

If your prepaid order is cancelled by Mintmark, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancellations made before dispatch

• Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Modification of Orders

If you wish to make changes to your order, such as

• Delivery Address
• Contact Details
• Quantity
• Product Variant (where applicable)

please contact our customer support team immediately after placing your order.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, modifications can only be made before the order has been processed for dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Repeated cancellations without a valid reason may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.
